We had the windows in our house cleaned today, inside and out. It was a huge job!

Living in Florida, we have special hurricane windows to withstand the storms that come our way, so they each had to be disassembled to clean between the panes.

My parents and I were astounded at the remarkable difference in clarity! We thought the view was clear... only to realize how clear it wasn't... until it was!

Think about it for a moment...

• How clear are you really?
• If you think you're clear, how do you know?
• How can you see what's in the way if you don't even know that your lenses are marred?
• What if your perceptions have been skewed and distorted all this time yet you've been believing you have 20/20 vision?!

Imagine your surprise when you wipe away the grime and see the world clearly for the first time.

Perhaps it's like someone who is colorblind and sees the world in technicolor for the first time feeling awestruck and brought to tears.

Maybe this new world is disconcerting or overwhelming, or maybe it's a relief because now it all makes sense!

Last week clarity was the primary theme with my clients. All my sessions were truly mind blowing, and I am inspired to share two with you.

All that Glitters is not Gold

I often guide people to discerning the best decision for themselves using a couple of techniques I have found to be 100% reliable unless...

You don't trust the guidance you receive or understand the messages from your body.

This happens when your mind interferes with your ability to feel what's true.

Fearing you'll make make the wrong choice, your thoughts can paralyze you, cause you to doubt yourself and obscure your intuitive knowing.

My client came to me unsure of what school to choose for her child, a choice that has lasting impact.

I asked her to look at the path for each option. One path was bright and shiny, the other foreboding and grown over like a jungle.

You would immediately think to choose the bright and shiny one, right?

This is what is fascinating.

We started clearing her personal fears and worries, which then led us to a collective pattern regarding the mistreatment of 'special needs' children, and a trauma imprint of the Snoqualmie land that is now occupied by the school.

Once we cleared what appeared, we checked the timelines of both paths.

Surprisingly, it was the once overgrown path that showed her child thriving in a supportive community.

Not only did the bright and shiny path not offer much growth for her child, but it also revealed unseen challenges.

Her fears of the unknown, along with the other entanglements we happened upon, blocked her from clearly seeing what was there.

Now she feels confident in her decision and her body visibly relaxed.

Moral of the story... all that glitters is not gold.

The Wall

This one is equally fascinating! My client with a 60 year smoking habit came to me to wanting to quit. Well, part of him wanted to.

Having quit smoking almost 24 years ago myself, I can tell you... you have to be all in if you are to succeed.

At one point I invite him to work with the consciousness of his addiction.

He saw a brick wall that consumed the entire space, occluding almost all of the sky.

As we continue clearing, the wall starts to crumble a bit.

I then notice a small child embedded in the wall and feel a strong sense of father energy. He knew exactly what I was referencing.

We then pivot to work with this little one who shares powerful emotional memories of his father, a smoker.

My client now has clarity on his connection to smoking with the smell of his father, the hero whom he loved and gave him comfort.

At the end I asked him to look for the wall and notice what's changed.

He couldn't find it at all! It completely disappeared!

That is a HUGE shift in the pattern.

What if you could feel confident in your decisions, transform long standing patterns, or see the path ahead?

What would you like to see more clearly? What are you scared of seeing?

Even if you feel clear, there are more levels and expansion to your clarity.

How would it feel if you were 25% more clear than you are right now? 50%? 75%? 100%?
